We are now looking for a Training Lead


We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to join our team and lead the learning and training efforts for our upcoming Atlas program. As the Training Lead you will drive all aspects around training, including strategy, planning, and delivering relevant activities, material creation and ensuring educational sessions being performed so that the receiving organization can work in the new ways of working from day one. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training strategy to ensure successful user adoption of the new ERP system across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, project stakeholders, and subject matter experts to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that effectively address the learning needs of end-users.


You will be a part of the People Development department consisting of several close HR colleagues as our team in Solna consists of several specialists in various field. Your first mission is to be part of the Atlas Program Change team, holding a pivotal role ensuring that the Program achieves desired outcomes. Going forward, the focus will be on Billeruds future training capabilities.


The ERP program training will focus on the organization’s ability to work according to the new ways of working, with a focus on but not limited to SAP Training, including variant adaptations and possibly also external stakeholders. The Atlas program covers processes in all core areas such as Supply chain, Finance, Procurement, Sales and Mills.



Your main tasks will be:

  • Develop a training strategy and plan for the Atlas program, aligning with project goals and objectives. Training Needs Analysis based on program content.
  • Follow-up on Training effectiveness, taking appropriate measures as required to achieve the required results and identify skill gaps and develop tailored training programs for different user groups.
  • Design, develop and implement training materials, including user manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and interactive training sessions.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, learning objectives, and target audiences.
  • Oversee the Training content development, particularly for the Billerud specific content such as processes, organization, and site-specific adaptations to ensure a successful implementation.
  • Co-lead the Train-the-Trainer process, responsible for the Billerud Training resources (together with our implementation partners).
Qualifications

To succeed in this position, we believe you have:

  • a bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, Information Technology, or a related field
  • proven experience as a Training Lead from large scale and/or complex transformation program, in a Training role, or similar, for ERP implementation. Preferably in areas such as finance, supply chain, and manufacturing
  • strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training evaluation methods
  • experience in developing and delivering training materials, such as user manuals, e-learning modules, and instructor-led sessions
  • strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines
  • excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners, experience in process industry is preferred
  • fluency in English and Swedish in both verbal and written.


Experience in SAP EnableNow, Signavio, SAP Solution Manager and/or Jira is a merit

The role is Hybrid and you will work at Billerud HQ in Solna at least 2 days per week (more in certain parts of the plan). Travelling to other sites may occur.
