Our Journey

SAS is now looking for a Process Developer within Accounts Receivable who shares our vision of improvement and efficiency.

You will be working in our pleasant office in Frösundavik, where you have access to a gym, parking, restaurants, and you are close to nature. The work is hybrid, with some possibility for working remotely.

About Us

At SAS, we see the Accounts Receivable department as a centralized and critical function within the organization. Our main goal is to ensure that customer payments are made on time and through secure processes. We are now looking for someone with experience in leading changes and with experience of process optimization.

What You´ll Do

In the role of Process Developer within Accounts Receivable, you will be a vital part in driving change and development within AR. You will have a broad network within the organization and are also expected to support and guide our BPO partners in their daily tasks. Your responsibilities include evaluating processes, finding innovative solutions, and then driving these through project work. Other tasks include periodic closings and openings, reconciliations in accounts receivable, reminders, and collection management, as well as KPI reporting.

Your background & skills:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, computer science, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in Accounts Receivable processes.
• System knowledge, including ERP systems, invoice operators, and Excel.
• Knowledge and interest in digital solutions (e.g., RPA).
• Ability to solve problems and connect different parts to optimize processes.
• Effective communication skills in speech and writing.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with projects and outsourcing is a merit.
