Full-stack developer within the Sales area - AFRY IT

Job Description

AFRY IT is a central function supporting our business areas within AFRY and is not a part of the consulting business within AFRY. We are looking for a Full-stack developer to our agile development team which is developing and maintaining applications to support the sales process at AFRY.

AFRY IT delivers all the internal IT services needed to ensure our company remains competitive and well-functioning. You will work alongside colleagues dedicated to IT development, in a team that values strong cohesion and strives to make work enjoyable for everyone.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, Testers, and the Team Lead to develop business-critical applications and integrations. Our work environment is driven by agile development methods and a strong sense of team spirit.

You will work with modern microservices-based applications in a Microsoft environment using C# and .NET. The architecture is well-designed and relies on various Azure components for scalability and flexibility. The teams primary focus is on building and enhancing applications and integrations within the Customer & Product domain, supporting the sales process.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an interest and passion for Software Development! Someone who thrives when getting a lot of personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence the technical direction of the team.

As Full-stack Developer, we expect you to immerse yourself in the tech and face development challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. You are interested in usability to achieve the best possible experience for end-users. You can see both details and have a holistic perspective on the solutions you and your team are working on and are comfortable in expressing and motivating your ideas and suggestions. Also, you have a genuine interest in outcome-oriented approach.

In addition, we expect you to be passionate about sustainable IT solutions and great architecture!

Tech Knowledge We Appreciate

• Excellent programming skills in modern .Net Core, React and C#
• Experience in microservices
• Experience in Azure cloud development and an interest in infrastructure as a code
• Experience in working with Azure DevOps
• Experience in working with SQL and databases
• Experience working as a Fullstack developer for at least five years
• Experience of frontend development using React
• Higher education in computer science
