W H A T W E N E E D
We are looking for a driven Operations Technician to join Xenits Service Operations Department.

We are interested in someone who has been working within Infrastructure and/or cloud technology for a couple of years - Perhaps starting out in helpdesk or support, and then moving onto more complex tasks?
Were looking for someone who is interested in training up with us, to join one of our specialist teams (within Azure, Office 365 or DevOps) in the near future.
Wed like to see someone who has started thinking about their cloud future, but maybe isnt all the way there juuuust yet.

Examples of potential tasks:

• Setting up and configuring infrastructure within Azure
• Making health checks on Azure, M365 and Citrix environments, according to MS guidelines
• Working with configuration changes in firewalls, M365 and Azure infrastructure
• Handling updates on Citrix platforms
• Handling certificates on Exchange servers

C O U L D Y O U B E A M A T C H ?
We believe our next Operations Specialist has:

• 2/3 years working professionally within Infrastructure/Operations (servers, AD, networking, troubleshooting)
• As stated above, preferably begun their career in helpdesk and now perhaps working within an ops team with more complex tasks
• Hands on experience or good knowledge of Cloud computing (Azure/Office 365)
• An interest in technology and a passion for problem solving
• A positive and customer-friendly attitude
• Fluency in Swedish and English

It is a bonus if you have:

• Certifications within relevant fields
• Scripting or Automation experience

• Finds joy in learning about new technologies, and wants to keep up to date with trends in their field
• Has a methodical and structured way of working
• Understands complex issues and is able to solve them quickly; making sensible and rational judgements.
