Market Analyst

We are expanding our office in Gothenburg and are looking for additional colleagues. These jobs will be based in our Gothenburg office. The successful candidate will contribute to our IoT research and work as a part of an ambitious team to produce premium analysis that includes the entire IoT market from vertical applications to more horizontal topics. We are looking for both junior and senior profiles.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Research of information from multiple sources such as interviews, conferences, Internet and media.
• Structural writing and proofreading of material for published reports and for custom research reports and presentations.
• Take part in bespoke market research projects for our clients.
• Write articles for publication and marketing materials.

Qualifications and experience:

It is expected that the analyst will have a university degree. The subject of study is less important than methodicalness, attention to detail, and the ability to understand technical subjects and make them understandable to others. The ability to gain the confidence of colleagues, to organise and prioritise and to have a high degree of motivation are essential. Writing skills in English are also essential. The role would suit someone who has been working as an industry analyst or worked in the related industry for 1-5 years (preferably within IoT, connected care, automotive or similar). We are also considering newly-graduated students from top universities.

• An intelligent, sociable person with the ability to communicate at all levels and a flexible attitude to work.
• Commitment to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
• Commitment to producing work to deadline.
• An ability to work in an organised fashion without constant direct supervision.
• Fluency in English and preferably international experience. Knowledge of a second European language is also desirable.
