CAIA’s HQ is located in the city center of Stockholm, at Biblioteksgatan 29. This role is fully remote and located in London, UK. You will report directly to the Partnership and PR Manager in Stockholm.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will be a central part of CAIAs marketing team, responsible for all marketing and PR activities in one of our key markets, the UK. Youll strategically guide the marketing efforts and work to establish the best relationships with partners such as press, influencers, and makeup artists. This is a broad role where you will have primary responsibility for all marketing activities in the UK and will leverage a strong local network, in which you will represent CAIA as a brand by being professional, with a relationship-building mindset in everything you do. MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the UK market, determining the most effective channels to achieve marketing goals.

Establish and maintain relationships with partners through the market such as press, influencers, makeup artists and agencies. Negotiations of set-ups and contracts, and coordinate collaborations, PR and events

Serve as the face of the brand in the UK through physical meetings, attending industry events, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and engagement

Build upon the existing foundation to expand our market presence. Take charge of the brands strategic direction in this market, ensuring rapid and sustainable growth.

Organize and manage events such as press, influencer, and customer events, to generate buzz and drive engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL SKILLS

3-5 years of experience in strategic marketing and PR. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with partners such as press, influencers and agencies.

Strong existing connections within the press and influencer communities

Highly social, energetic, and present at industry events. A natural networker who can build relationships quickly and effectively.

Strong strategic and operational skills. Capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Driven by leading own projects and working towards set goals with an entrepreneurial spirit

Goal-oriented and proactive, precise and structured

A genuine interest in beauty and the beauty industry. Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments within the industry and social media.
