Partner Service Agent

Your mission

• Your main responsibility will be to answer our partners questions, primarily via phone and email, but there may also be chat interactions.

• Youll work across various systems to assist our partners with everything from changing opening hours, helping them with live orders, technical troubleshooting, addressing invoice queries and menu matters, as well as forwarding issues to different departments.

Were looking for someone who can work 75% (if you want to work more, theres usually the opportunity to pick up extra shifts!). At foodora, we (almost) never sleep; were open from 08:00 to 23:30 every day of the year. Therefore, its important that youre willing to work during the day, evening, weekends, and public holidays. Its essential that youre available during all our opening hours for this position.

Your employment will start with an introduction training spread over two weeks from 11:00 to 18:00, which takes place at our office. This training is mandatory, and its important that you can participate on all training days. The next training start is on April 2.

We also prefer if…

• You have a high school education

• You have good computer skills (we work with many systems!)

• You can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

• Its also advantageous if you have previous experience in service, such as in restaurants or customer service
