Common Product Manager - Conversational AI

As Telia’s Common Product Manager for Conversational AI (CAI) , you’ll be the visionary of a future where human-computer interaction is indistinguishable from human-to-human dialogue. Your mission will be to cultivate AI that not only talks but thinks and acts to assist. You’ll dive deep into the details of conversational use-cases, working hand-in-hand with all Telia markets. Your expertise will ensure that our CAI solutions are crafted to scale gracefully, capturing the full potential of shared learnings and insights.

In this role, your influence will extend across the entire lifecycle of CAI development—from conceptualization to execution — guaranteeing that our processes are streamlined and our outcomes are impactful. You’ll be the driving force behind the integration of our CAI practices, setting the standard for how we scope, develop, and extract the utmost value from our CAI endeavors.

Is this you?

We seek a visionary with a robust product management background and a keen interest in AI and machine learning. It is equally crucial to understand the intricacies of delivering conversational AI solutions. If you have experience working with chatbot platforms, designing customer-facing solutions, and optimizing customer service through digital means, you’ll find this role particularly rewarding.

Moreover, we value certain personal traits. If you enjoy driving projects, taking ownership of tasks, and acting as a bridge between technical and business teams—effectively speaking the language of both—you’ll thrive in this position. Your track record of steering products from conception to launch, coupled with your educational background in Engineering or a related field, will empower us to innovate and grow. Experience in software development, especially in AI or NLP, is a definite plus.
