We are looking for a person to undertake the role of Procurement Business Partner/Buyer for Sweden and Denmark and report directly to the Finance Manager. As a strategic partner with an entrepreneurial mindset, you will excel in a fast-paced, high-performing environment where you will challenge and be challenged. Your role involves driving the development and implementation of sourcing strategies across categories and contributing to the commercial strategys effectiveness. In Roche Diagnostics, Tenders are crucial to our operations, and as the Procurement Business Partner/Buyer, you will develop, manage, and improve third-party business relationships.

The Opportunity

• You develop a strong understanding of the supplier market, trends, and innovations in your assigned categories.

• You lead effective scouting of strategic partners in the market.

• You collaborate with internal stakeholders to create sourcing strategies that align with procurement policies.

• You implement and execute agile sourcing processes to ensure efficient outcomes.

• You analyze commercial supplier proposals and lead negotiations based on established strategies.

• You oversee timely supplier contract setup, coordinating with other functions to ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal frameworks.

• You manage supplier relationships to enhance efficiency, improve conditions, and adopt new technologies.

Who You Are

• You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with an added advantage if you have a Masters degree.

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience within procurement or a procurement-related area; experience from the life science industry is a plus.

• You are fluent in English and have extensive working experience on SAP & good knowledge in Excel; knowledge of Nordic language is a plus.

• You have proven project management, supplier negotiation & business process improvement experience.

• You have the ability to work in a networked environment cross-functionally and across countries.

This role can be performed agnostic location, preferably within +/-2h delay from European time zone, relocation is not considered and business trips are offered in order to connect with the local teams.
