Om tjänsten
Som Butikschef har du det yttersta ansvaret för den dagliga driften. Ansvaret innefattar personal, hygien, underhåll, beställningar, budget och resultat. Du ska utbilda och utveckla arbetsgruppen för att leverera; en bra kundservice, god hygien och uppnå butikens sälj & kostnadsmål. I den dagliga driften ingår ansvar för underhåll av samtliga maskiner och utrustning.

Med ett högt engagemang strävar du mot att nå butikens mål tillsammans med dina medarbetare och du är duktig på att skapa delaktighet och teamkänsla i gruppen. Du trivs med att arbeta i ett högt tempo och är van vid att ta egna initiativ. Du agerar snabbt på säljmöjligheter och följer löpande upp och analyserar verksamhetens resultat. Som person är du relationsskapande, social och vågar komma med egna förslag för att främja butikens utveckling.
Vi ser att du har erfarenhet från att arbeta i butik- eller caféverksamhet samt att du har erfarenhet som ledare med direkt personalansvar, alternativt erfarenhet som vi bedömer likvärdig. Vi kommer att till stor del utgå från din personliga lämplighet för tjänsten och förväntar oss att du har viljan och förmågan till vidare utveckling inom Yogiboost.
