Key Responsibilities:

Starting from future need we have developed our exciting strategy. As the Execution Manager you will, together with your team, set targets accordingly and execute them. To your support you have a dedicated team of 10 direct reports, 3 specialists and 7supervisors to whom a total amount of 70 people are reporting

Reporting to Head of Operations Gothenburg, you will be responsible for the daily operations at the terminal and ensuring the best customer satisfaction. It consists of planning and executing efficient container dispatching. You will work in close cooperation with Operations, Asset Maintenance and the Commercial organization, and your daily agenda will include strengthening APM Ts competitiveness through even more efficient flows, increased productivity and increased flexibility and our main flows consist of Rail, Truck, Vessel and Empty depot.

You will be part of the Operations Leadership Team.

You really love lean leadership and are not afraid to challenge status quo or making tough decision.

To thrive with us, you are used to participating and leading projects within and between different departments.

Last but not least, you should not be afraid to challenge your manager from time to time, healthy discussions are an asset!

We think a strong background in manufacturing industry, logistics or shipping is an advantage but if you think you have what it takes, please try to persuade us!

A relevant University degree is preferable but if you have gained your knowledge in another way that can be as valuable. Since we are operating in a global environment you need proficiency in English.
