DIGITAL SERVICE OWNER

City: Solna Job Function: IT About the position Digital Service Owner (On Airport) The digital service owner represents the team in stakeholder and supplier contact which require very good communicative skills, ability to engage and include people regardless of their skill area or background. You will work in a cross-functional team that is responsible for team delivery and target reach, pulls work into team sprint plan, develop skills/competencies needed for the team to be able to deliver on mission. Being a flexible open-minded team player is a must in this position as you will rotate tasks and take on ad-hoc tasks depending on the situation. The purpose of this role is to secure alignment and priorities with business colleagues, setting the service vision, managing the team backlog, representing the team in common forums for alignment and follow up on team KPIs. You will be working in a cross functional development team which is continuously improving SAS digital services by creating innovative and cost-effective solutions taking data driven decisions and improving agile ways of working. Your responsibilities

• Overall responsible for all IT-services and business applications within the area

• Responsible for all running costs and budgets relating to the application portfolio

• Responsible for all external IT-contracts and agreements

• Responsible for daily IT-services, delivery, and service delivery levels

• SPOC for all business change requests and development demands

• Responsible for IT-development and tactical changes

• Responsible for collaboration and relations with Business Owners, Process owners, Project owners, Project leaders as well as internal collaboration and relations with other parts of IT and SAS.

• Responsible for collaboration and relations with external IT service providers and IT vendors and coordination between internal stakeholders, and IT-vendors.

• To set team vision, liase with business stakeholders, prioritize team backlog, decide on MVPs and further development.

• Follow up on team KPIs and results driven by digital development

• Responsible for cost run rate and throughput follow up of the team.

• Develop and drive an agile, team-based delivery model.

To be successful, we believe you should have:

• At least 3 years of experience working in the service development field as a service manager, digital product owner or similar.

• At least 3 years of experience and a true interest in working in the digital development area.

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Sciences or equivalent.

• Management of business requirements and user stories in a development backlog

• Analytical skills to support decision making

• Deep understanding of agile ways of working

• Very good communication skills

• Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language

• Experience working in a software development environment

• Knowledge of ITIL, Lean and Agile process methodologies

• Deep knowledge in area

The workplace is located in SAS Headquarters, Frösundaviks Allé 1, Solna, Sweden. There is a restaurant, café and a newly renovated gym with a variety of classes, such as crossfit and yoga, free of charge for all SAS staff. The office is located in a green area in Solna, right by Hagaparken and Brunnsviken, where you can run, use the tennis court, the outdoor gym nearby or kayak and stand up paddle in the summer - equopment is available for free in the building.
