Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a specific component category within our ESD division, acting as the Supplier Relationship Manager for selected suppliers. You will be responsible for overseeing supplier-related activities, including contract negotiations, cost management and quality assurance.

The position will be based in Sweden

• Conduct dynamic supplier selection, evaluation and business reviews
• Provide accurate budget estimates to division sales and maintain up-to-date Sales budget price lists
• Act as the go-to expert for solving any escalated delivery, quality or service issues
• In close cooperation with Division stakeholders and Component Sourcing team develop and implement annual budgets, action plans and cost-saving strategies to meet savings targets
• Secure yearly purchase agreements and fabrication contracts for key component categories
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with suppliers and Division stakeholders.

• Commercial or Technical background, Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of in International sourcing and Supply Management in global environment
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge in the field of Sourcing, SAP, Purchasing, Logistic and International Transportation
• Good negotiation (Supplier) and influencing (Internal/external) skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships while remaining focused on the key deliverables
