About the position We are seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding our Agile development teams towards delivering high-quality products efficiently and effectively. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Agile principles and practices are followed, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. What you’ll do:

• Act as a servant leader for the Agile development team, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and barriers that hinder the teams progress, enabling them to focus on delivering value.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring that it is refined and ready for the upcoming sprints.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, encouraging open communication, trust, and respect among team members.
• Track and report on key Agile metrics and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize team productivity and delivery.

About the team We are currently a team of 16 dedicated professionals, each playing a vital role in our mission. Our team comprises Scrum Masters, developers, and testers, all working together towards a common goal. At the heart of our operations lies the domain known as Industrial Core, which serves as the backbone of our business in the industrial sector. We cater to some of our largest clients, delivering core systems that are essential for their operations. You have:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, leading Agile development teams in delivering software products.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with experience in implementing Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with team members and stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address issues and challenges in a proactive and constructive manner.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities and requirements.
