We are looking for a positive and creative Influencer & Social Media Assistant to join Soft Goats marketing team. Do you have an eye for social media and content and know what makes an influencer interesting? Are you a doer who likes to work goal-oriented and isnt afraid to pitch in where needed? Then this role will suit you. You will work closely with the PR and Social Media Manager and report to the Brand and Marketing Director. Duties
  • Manage daily loans and returns
  • Search for profiles for gifting
  • Screenshot stories and follow up with DMs and requests on social media for PR
  • Maintain the environment in the showroom and sample room
  • Be responsible for samples and assist with sample work for photoshoots and similar projects
  • Upload new material to our press site (Vocast)
  • Seeding: contact, send-outs, coordination, follow-up
  • Publish content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Respond to comments and DMs on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor tagged posts and stories, save them internally
  • Update Pinterest with new collections.
  • Edit content if necessary, e.g., in Photoshop or Premiere Pro
  • Produce image and video material as needed
  • Plan which garments should be included in content production based on sizes, stock, etc.
  • Prepare garments and equipment for content production
  • Conduct market analysis: trends on different channels, activities of competing brands, tools that can facilitate our work, e.g., ChatGPT, Fiverr, etc.
  • Propose new creators and content suggestions for them (Instagram and TikTok)
  • Coordinate and plan content for our Chinese social media
  • Assist with the production of printed materials if needed
