As a Customer Success Account Manager, you are the primary delivery and operations lead and a partner for our customers, empowering them to achieve more by accelerating their value realization across our Digital Cloud platforms. Our focus is the Telco, Retail and Energy industries. By leveraging your business acumen, industry perspectives and technical insights you will be responsible for the end-to-end post sales delivery across the Microsoft and Partner ecosystem, to align the right resources at the right time to achieve customer business outcomes.

  • Assisting with customer cloud adoption and customer success is a key business priority.
    • Collaborating with customers to develop and implement a proactive support program that enhances their experience with the Microsoft platform and aids their transition to the cloud.
    • Working closely with the core account team to contribute to the strategic account plan, providing technical insights and industry-specific knowledge to create customer value by accelerating cloud usage.
    • Fostering customer value by promoting cloud consumption/usage and supportability.
    • Enhancing the customer experience through technical intensity and responding to customer feedback.
    • Facilitating cooperation across various Microsoft business units to deliver superior customer outcomes, leveraging the One Microsoft advantage.
Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND a couple of years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
    • OR Bachelors Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND a few years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Business acumen and experience of driving value based business dialogues.
