There is an increasing focus on innovation and analytics as it is changing the way our clients compete and operate in the marketplace. As part of our ambition to maintain and grow our globally recognised position as being a leading transformation partner - we have established our Nordic Insights Center at Lindholmen, Gothenburg. The KPMG location Lindholmen serves as a Nordic focal point for bringing innovative transformation, insights and strategy to our clients.

The Nordic Insights Center has been designed with customer experience and collaboration as its core principles. The center differentiates itself from the traditional meeting room look and feel and focuses on being a digital collaborative workspace for executives to accelerate their digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description
Based in Gothenburg, you will work with extraordinary people who are passionate, creative and courageous about their ideas, organising workshops and events to allow clients to explore and realise their potential. You will:

• Be a part of the Nordic Insights Centre Team as the go-to-market channel across the organization with a focus on storytelling and based on design thinking methodology in all client sessions.
• To ensure innovation, analytics and creativity permeates all visits to the Nordic Insights Center.
• To be responsible for development projects key to the Nordic Insights Center’s success in line with the global strategy.
• Responsible for organising client workshops, this will include all types of preparation of visuals and materials, workshop exercises to deliver on the client objective, documentation of sessions, and ultimately to ensure a differentiated client experience.
• Utilise the multiple technology tools available within our Nordic Insights Centre to enable impactful and creative conversations and experiences both physical, hybrid and virtual.
• To work collaboratively with our showroom in Stockholm.

What we are looking for:

• An incredibly curious, investigative and creative mindset, focused on proactive development and who loves trying new things.
• 3-5 years experience facilitating interactive workshops
• 1-2 years experience working with insights and/or innovation
• 1-2 years experience using design thinking methodology
• Experienced presenter
• High attention to detail throughout client experience delivery
• A team player with a positive and problem-solving attitude that loves working with people
• Passionate about their work and their delivery
• A flexible approach to work with tolerance for ambiguity
• Experience with event management or similar is beneficial University degree in, Business, Marketing, Branding, Management, Economics or similar
• Fluency in English is a must, Swedish is preferable.
