Receptionist - Barception Crew Wanted up to 80-100% - Starting June 2024

The hotel is located in the heart of Malmö, 135 steps from Centralen, has 293 rooms, last but not least a Barception. And, we need a new addition to our reception team. You might be wondering what barception is. Easy. Bar + Reception = Barception.

Candidates must have experience in working in a Reception before (Some other service jobs might be equalized)

We are looking for you who are ready for the challenge, are full of energy and strive to get better every day. You are reliable and take full responsibility for achieving results. You have a contagious laugh. You are professional in a relaxed way and one has a talent for socializing and providing personal service.

Now we are looking for someone who will shine, able to start straight away and work the whole summer. This person need to be eager to grow, and available to stay as part of our team with a possible contract even after the summer.

NOTE, as we sell alcohol, applicants must to be at least 20 years old.

You are fluent in Swedish and English both speech and writing.

You have an eye for detail and can make quick decisions when needed.
You have good computer skills or are eager to learn just that.

Knowledge of the booking system MEWS is an advantage, as well working in service.

The work will include both weekends and weekday shifts. Morning shifts (07:00-15:00), and evening shifts (15:00-23:00).
