Credit Controller, Middle Office
Stockholm, Sweden Our Middle Office team in Stockholm is the operational center of our Nordic business, supporting our underwriting teams and external stakeholders such as brokers and clients, and continuously improving operational processes.
We are currently seeking a Credit Controller to join the Middle Office team, with responsibility for securing best possible service to our external and internal stakeholders. DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Ensure Middle Office Credit Control activity and service delivery.
• Embrace the company’s drive to market lead in all areas and maximizes technological opportunities.
• Design and implement Target Operating Model and Premium Collections Service offering.
• Establish and implement effective reporting and clear escalation channels.
• Establish and deliver robust credit terms.
• Support Insurance Underwriters via delivery of an automated industry leading notice of cancellation process.
• Collaborate with the different business units.
• Design and implement optimum procedures and ensure adherence to these and FIC / Internal Audit requirements.
• Support our Nordic Finance Team and manage Accounts Payable.
• Daily posting and allocation of incoming cash.

You will report to the Nordic Middle Office Operations Manager. SHARE your talent We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

• Demonstrates strategic ability and coordinates a value-adding service offering cross several office locations and accounting platforms.
• Relevant experience from a global company preferably from an international insurance company.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting and accounting principles.
• Proven experience in analyzing numbers in a complex context.
• Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, primary Excel.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, speaking and writing.
• Excellent in building relationship with relevant stakeholders.
