You are a part of the Market management team and together with your team will be leading the agenda creating long term profitable growth, working with our business plan, ensuring that we drive traffic to the store and other channels by creating a world class Food experience. Who you are You have a passion for both food and people and want to build and maintain a truly professional and safe food service through your team. You have experience working as a leader and have a strong ambition to develop, both yourself and the IKEA Food experience. To be successful in the role you need to be a great communicator with excellent social skills, which gives you the ability to build partnerships across various business units, functions and organizational levels. Preferably you have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a retail or restaurant manager and thus bring with your successful experience of managing and leading large teams, consisting of both co-workers and other leaders. But the most important thing; you share IKEAs values and lead through them in everyday life. Requirements In addition to your contribution to the Market management team you are responsible to lead the IKEA Food function towards success, ensuring it is the heart of the store by encouraging our visitors to stay longer, enjoy more and return. You do this through your ability and passion to lead business and people together. You will be accountable to operate IKEA Food in accordance with legislation, as well as global principles and guidelines such as IKEA Food Direction & Strategy and IKEA Food action plan. As Food manager you will also be responsible for budget, creating and working with KPIs and deliver and follow up on set goals within the function. Questions and support? Lets connect!
