About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join us at Communication & Marketing at Lantmännen, and the Student Assistant will support general activities within the Group Communication & Marketing team, as well as Employer Branding. This role is initially a fixed-term role for the summer (start/end date and hours are agreed upon with hiring manager) with the possibility for extension to a part-time role parallel with studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content for social media
• Maintenance and optimization of owned digital channels (e.g. website, Social Media, YouTube)
• Adaptation of other communication & marketing assets, e.g. films, print ads, photos
• Support in preparing internal and external presentations
• Answering incoming calls from media and coordinating press inquiries
• Supporting employer branding activities e.g., coordinate career fairs, editing material, update digital and social channels
• Other administrative tasks and coordination, such as maintaining digital asset management database.

Qualifications and skills

• Currently studying Media and Communication or similar disciplines at a University, Hyper Island etc.
• Experience in creating content for web and/or social media (e.g., in Canva, Adobe CS)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Curious, collaborative, result driven & hands-on approach
• Good grasp of new trends
• Structured and ability to meet short deadlines
• High ability to work with several projects simultaneously
• Fluency in Swedish and strong skills in English
• Legally eligible to work in the country where position is located

Meritorious

• Experience from working in Optimizely or other CMS, as well as Sharepoint
• Skills in video editing tools
• A plus if you have worked with PR, press and media inquiries
• A plus if you have some experience with employer branding
• If you are a copy writing wizard
