Location: Stockholm, Sweden (hybrid) Job Description Are you an organized and proactive individual with a knack for administration and team support? We are seeking an Office and Business Support Coordinator to join our Nordics team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the administration and secretarial needs of the business. You will be responsible for managing office equipment, facilities, and outsourced services, while aligning with group guidelines and policies. If you have a passion for efficiency and a keen eye for detail, this might be the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities
  • Support all Administration & Secretarial processes and policies through ongoing support and solutions.
  • Assist in planning and implementing policies to meet business needs.
  • Handle routine activities related to documentation, mail, reports, travel arrangements, appointments, operating office equipment, and general inquiries via reception/telephone/switchboard and visitors.
  • Coordinate the execution and maintenance of programs and policies, preparing reports on their impact when necessary.
  • Facilitate the transformation and improvement of administrative practices for enhanced effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Act as an individual contributor with the ability to work independently to achieve objectives and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Lead daily operations, providing assistance and training to junior employees, and delegating and reviewing their work.
