The Role:

We are looking for a highly ambitious and driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join Spencer AI. This critical role will see you working directly with our founders to establish and lead the technical direction of the company. As our CTO, you will be the backbone of our technology strategy, ensuring that our solutions are innovative, robust, and scalable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced AI models and algorithms tailored for the legal industry.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.
• Shape the technical direction and foundation of Spencer AI, working closely with the founding team.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and scaling of our solutions.
• Lead the development of high-quality, scalable AI-driven applications from conception to deployment.

Technical Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. Exceptional candidates with proven track records are also welcome.
• Extensive experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning, or related fields.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (such as Python, C++, Go) and familiarity with AI frameworks and tools.
• A proven track record of successful, innovative, and impactful software development projects.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for AI services and data processing.
• Contributions to open-source projects related to AI, machine learning, or innovative software solutions.
• Experience with distributed computing for scaling AI solutions and managing large datasets.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and data privacy regulations.
  
• Familiarity with the legal industry and its unique challenges.
