Operations Director – Healthcare, Seniors & Education

We are recruiting our next Operations Director for our operations within the segment Healthcare, Seniors & Education. This is an exciting position with the overall purpose to lead the assigned Operations to deliver on our Quality of Life positioning and achieve a safe working environment that meets or exceeds financial and commercial performance targets.

Main assignments:

• Be part of implementing the segment strategy to deliver sustainable, profitable growth that supports our vision and our clients’ and consumer’s needs, as well as delivers on financial KPI targets.
• Lead the Operations to achieve financial and commercial performance.
• People management. This includes salary reviews, setting objectives and planning for development including following up on progress, continuous feedback, working with talent reviews including succession planning. This also includes ensuring a safe environment, and follow-up on risks.

Profile

This position requires experience of managing full P&L accountability. The right candidate for this position has solid experience and knowledge of multi-service contract management, including client portfolio management in service business, and experience of IFM contracts. You have a high degree of service complexity and insight into current market trends. Further on, you have experience within international organizations and with building strategic client relationships.

This position also requires university degree corresponding to bachelor’s degree or higher, as well as necessary certifications needed within the assigned operations.
