Global Sustainability Reporting Manager

Are you our new Global Sustainability Reporting Manager? As the Global Sustainability Reporting Manager at Intrum in Stockholm you will play a crucial role to enable the continuous progress of Intrum’s sustainability efforts and promote transparency towards internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will report to the Global Sustainability Director and work jointly towards the ambition to lead sustainability forward in our industry. What will you do:

• Manage and optimise sustainability data collection processes, collaborating across markets and global functions, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and quality across a broad spectrum of data.
• Enable adherence to and leadership in sustainability frameworks including the EU taxonomy, CSRD, ESRS, GRI, TCFD, CDP, UNGC, and SBTi.
• Utilise relevant tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to analyse, visualise, and summarise extensive sustainability data, delivering clear and actionable insights.
• Craft sustainability communications for diverse stakeholder groups, including internal teams, ESG rating agencies, clients, and investors, ensuring our commitment to transparency and engagement.
• Proactively monitor and integrate the latest sustainability regulations and advancements, ensuring compliance and setting industry standards.
• Support the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy, targets, and policies.
• Assist in assessing the impacts, risks, and opportunities related to sustainability..

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated expertise and experience in preparing comprehensive sustainability reports, proficiently aligning them with key regulations, standards, and global sustainability frameworks to ensure sufficient reporting. These include, but are not limited to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), EU Taxonomy, European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), Greenhouse Gas Protocol, Science Based Targets initiative, UN Global Compact, Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)
• Demonstrated expertise in gathering, analysing, and interpreting complex sustainability data to derive meaningful insights
• Proficiency in utilising data visualisation tools and techniques to effectively communicate sustainability performance and trends to diverse stakeholders
