From IKEA of Sweden, we lead the commercial agenda for the IKEA system, from suppliers to customer meeting points.

Now, we are looking for a Business Performance Leader to drive the business navigation of the IKEA Growth plan

As Business Performance Leader you are the business steering partner to the Growth plan team in Core business range, as well as the extended growth plan network across IKEA. You are an active member of the Business steering leadership team as well, with the purpose to ensure that the IKEA Growth plan connects to the broader business steering model and our goals and ambitions.

The Growth plan is our common commercial agenda, in which HFB and market plans come together as common focus areas and solutions. You take overall lead in performance management for the Growth plan, for example by providing business insights to planning and decision meetings and facilitating business performance dialogue and learnings with leaders and teams.

You ensure that the Growth plan process docks in with other performance management processes such as goal setting, forecasting, and reporting. Additionally, you lead a business navigation network across the IKEA value chain, with the purpose of planning and following up the Growth plan in an aligned and embedded way.

You will report to the Business steering manager, Core business range.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have deep understanding of the IKEA business model, a strong commercial sense and customer orientation. Excellent ability to collaborate through a broad network of stakeholders. Proven leadership capabilities, from formal or informal leadership assignments and excellent self-leadership capability and integrity to navigate the complexity of dual assignments.

You also have excellent ability in deriving performance insights and call to action from several sources of information/ data. Strong communication skills, translating complex matters into clear messages and deep knowledge, experience and understanding of the IKEA strategic landscape, strategic and tactical planning and of deriving performance indicators and goals.

This is a permanent position at IKEA of Sweden in Älmhult.
