You will be part of a team where sometimes we have what we call “chaotic fun”, which means that things are extremely busy and not completely defined, however we are all in it together to make the best possible experience for our customers/partners, which for our team equals both to the candidates and our internal stakeholders.

How you will make an impact

You will drive the Swedish Employer Branding agenda and get the opportunity to set your mark on the wide range of activities and events that we organize to promote Arla as an employer of choice. You will work both strategically and operationally with our employer branding agenda to ensure that we can retain and attract the best talents we need to succeed with our business strategy.

All our employer branding activities are done in close collaboration with the business as we see ourselves as the facilitators of this process. We promote Arla and facilitate business
representatives promotion of their great careers and stories. An important part of your role will include professional networking to create a pipeline of talents for current and future
recruitment needs. Also, you will work in a close collaboration with external stakeholders such as talent networks, universities and much more.

You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of employer branding events and take an active role in social media activities. Furthermore, support to the business in connection to recruitment of employees, trainees and interns.

What will make you successful

• You have a university degree within the field of communication, HR or marketing.
  We believe that you are a highly creative person with some previous professional experience of working with employer branding.
• You must hold a high level of proficiency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
• You have strong analytical skills, high business focus, great communication skills and you are an outgoing person, always ready to collaborate and build a strong network inside and outside the organization.

You are the organizer who has a meticulous and structured approach to your work, however you never settle with yesterday’s plan if you get the good idea on how to make the result even
better. You focus on delivering quality in your work, have an eye for details and deadlines, and take pride in delivering excellent service.
