About the role In the role of Sales Coordinator, you are an important of part of the sales process. as together with the Key Account Manager, you produce essential documentation in connection with negotiations and other procurements. You are the person who, after signing the agreement, ensures that the agreement is loaded correctly in all systems. As Sales Coordinator, you help maintain as positive work environment and team spirit and are given a unique opportunity to network both internally and externally. Your responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator you will support Key Account Managers and our Strategic Negotiation team (SNC) within the various stages of the sales process. You will do this by, amongst other things:

  • Administer in different systems
  • Ongoing work with validation and improvement/updating of agreements.
  • Responsible for registering and administering agreements
To be successful, we believe you should have:
  • 3+ years of work experience in a supporting role where you worked within sales processes and managed contracts.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • High school diploma
  • Good system skills
  • Preferably knowledge of the Amadeus booking system or other GDS
  • Experience of working in SharePoint, CRM systems etc.
  • You have a drive to influence others in presentation form.
  • Analytical ability
  • Creative with a solution-oriented way of working
  • Detail focused

Furthermore, we would like to see that you have a positive attitude and are committed to developing and implementing new policies for administration around agreements. You have a strong relational focus that is based on a prestige-free way of working.

The office is located in a green area in Solna, right by Hagaparken and Brunnsviken, where you can run, use the tennis court, the outdoor gym nearby or kayak and stand up paddle in the summer - equopment is available for free in the building. A non-stop bus connects the office in Frösunda with Central Stations and the commuter trains take you to/from Solna Station, not to mention a good network of cycle paths.
