Job Description:

As the Associate Creative Operations Director for Soda, you will play a pivotal role in steering our creative processes towards excellence. You are the architect of operational efficiency, a strategic visionary who ensures that our creative output is not only groundbreaking but also delivered within the bounds of budget and time. Your leadership will bridge the gap between creativity and business acumen, driving the team to achieve and surpass our ambitious goals.

Your role within the Kingdom

Key Responsibilities

• Budget Oversight: Help ensure financial health and resource allocation align with project and organizational objectives.

• Strategic Planning: Help develop and communicate Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive success in game development, market penetration, and revenue growth.

• Team Coordination: Organize offsite meetings and activities that foster team cohesion, creativity, and strategic alignment. Ensure these gatherings are productive, goal-oriented, and reflective of our company culture.

• Communication: Serve as a communication linchpin, ensuring clear, concise, and effective communication within the team and across departments. Facilitate a transparent information flow to and from stakeholders.

• Production Transparency: Improve and maintain the centralized product roadmap for creative, providing insightful updates on project status, budget utilization, and strategic outcomes. Translate complex creative processes into comprehensible, actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and refine creative processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and team satisfaction.

• Collaboration: Foster and develop strong relationships with codevelopment partners, product areas, central services, and other stakeholders across the Kingdom and beyond

Experience

• Demonstrated experience driving strategic initiatives in complex organizations

• Demonstrated experience in driving best practices in OKRs, budget management, and process improvement

• Previous experience with working with creative designers and artists is a bonus

• Strong understanding of project management and operational methodologies

• Change management and team coordination
