We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at TechSea. The ideal candidate has demonstrated B2C sales experience, is competitive, enjoys talking on the phone, and thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. This person will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making several calls per day, qualifying prospects using strong attention to detail, and closing sales.

This is a full-time employee position. The position is in-office in Valencia Town, Lahore.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and cover letter services.
  • Educate prospects about the value and benefits of our services, highlighting how they can grow in their career and stand out in the job market.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the process clients go through when working with a professional writer from our company, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Review and provide feedback on complimentary resume evaluations during sales calls, emphasizing areas for improvement and how our services can address specific client needs.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to nurture relationships, address additional inquiries, and guide them through the next steps of engaging our services.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline, recording all activities, client interactions, and closed deals in a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and leverage marketing materials in sales conversations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by proactively identifying opportunities, effectively managing leads, and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to better position our services and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients over the phone.
  • Strong knowledge of resume writing services, LinkedIn profile optimizations, and cover letter requirements.
  • Familiarity with the job market and recruitment industry, understanding the challenges faced by job seekers and how our services can provide solutions.
  • Ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our services and tailor the messaging to address individual client needs.
  • Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills to manage and prioritize leads, track sales activities, and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track sales performance.
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
