Management Assistant (Parental Cover)

The tasks of this role involve providing administrative support for selected stakeholders, mainly Project Leaders in the local office, taking responsibility for the maintenance of a demanding schedule, in the form of:

• Calendar Management
• Handling of expenses for Project Leaders on a weekly basis, submitting expenses and send to accounting
• Travel arrangements, e.g. complicated routes and visa applications
• Planning of Client workshops
• Planning of internal events
• Printing & Binding
• Catering, courier packages, meeting room reservations etc
• Cross-functional coordination (Finance, HR, IT, Marketing and Recruiting as needed)
Ad hoc tasks for stakeholders

• Professional, proactive and organized with attention to detail
• Confident and cooperative personality
• Ability to work without supervision and able to prioritize in periods of heavy workload.
• Team player and role model – diplomatic, loyal and conscientious
• Confident with a "can-do attitude", creative and dynamic
• Ability to handle confidential material and information with integrity
Ability for communicating effortlessly with all interested parties

• Preferably 1-2 years’ work experience Knowledge
• Intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent Local language/English communication skills (written and oral) Competencies
Flexibility as regards both time and tasks
