The Team Leader will oversee the close protection team, including planning, coordinating, delegating, and participating in close protection missions.

You will work in a team environment where demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and maintaining personal integrity are paramount. Safety is of utmost importance for your clients, colleagues, and yourself. Providing exceptional customer service is crucial for success, and you should be adept at interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds while consistently upholding high ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the close protection team, including planning, coordinating, delegating, and participating in missions.
  • Ensure the highest levels of safety for clients, colleagues, and oneself.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and uphold high ethical standards.
  • Lead by example and foster teamwork within the close protection team.

Profile:

  • Swedish citizen.
  • Background in the military or police.
  • Close Protection Training (Government or private sector).
  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience from previous international deployments in a relevant function.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Medical training.
  • Clean criminal record.
