Job Description Summary Join our dynamic team as a Nordic Product Manager for our Surgery portfolio, responsible for driving sustainable growth and implementing innovative marketing strategies across the Nordics. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape country business strategies while collaborating closely with internal and regional partners. This is a full-time position, and we welcome candidates from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, or Finland. You will be traveling approximately 40-60% of the time including overnight stays to meet with Key Opinion Leaders. Main responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the surgical product portfolio in the Nordic region
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications
• Drive product development and launch activities, ensuring timely delivery and successful market introduction
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market share growth
• Provide training and support to sales teams and customers on product features, benefits, and usage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry associations
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, regulations, and standard processes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business, especially in Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or commercial position within the healthcare industry, preferably in surgical products
• Prior clinical experience in OP nursing, preferably in hernia is desired.
• Understanding of healthcare systems, influencing dynamics and data related the operational aspects of surgical procedures.
• Proficiency in managing tender processes and contract management.
• Experience in developing and implementing omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Fluent in verbal and written Swedish/Scandinavian and English, with Finnish as a benefit.
