Business Steering is a support function consisting of three main areas: Performance & Insights, Business Analytics and Range Management.

We want a highly committed Range Steering Leader to be part of our team!

You will work across the full scope of the Range steering assignment. Range Structures and Dimensions, Range Frames and Range Classifications. When in the role you will, on behalf, of the Range Steering team act as subject matter expertise. You will support tactical and strategic questions and contribute to the Range Steering agenda throughout IKEA

Your responsibilities will include leading development and administration of core range steering information objects such as range structures, range frames, range classification, and range building models. To contribute to the development of relevant processes and capabilities, tools, platforms, and competencies in connection to the IKEA range offer work.

You will provide insights to increase understanding and knowledge of the IKEA range offer across the countries where IKEA is present. You will also act as a subject matter expertise providing operational knowledge, support and guidance in different tactical and strategic initiatives across the IKEA value chain.

Together with a good understanding of IKEA strategies and how range steering connects into range building and how we create a relevant, commercial and range offer. As a person you have an ability to contribute formally and informally to senior IKEA stakeholders through your strong communication and influencing skills and you dare to challenge across many diverse topics.

• Have a solid knowledge and understanding of the IKEA Value Chain and connected year cycle
• Have knowledge around IKEA IT solutions connected to product structure, product architecture and product master data management
• To be fluent in English, both spoken and written is a pre-requisite.

The assignment is a permanent position and placed in Älmhult!
