Rodebjer is seeking a passionate Design Assistant to join our team at the Head Office in Stockholm. The ideal candidate has recently completed Design studies, including at least one internship with a design-driven organization. They should possess strong technical skills, a versatile approach to style, and share our passion for Rodebjer. If you are looking to be part of a creative and inclusive environment, this position is perfect for you. In this role, you will work both independently, creating digital sketches of the collection in Adobe Illustrator based on hand drawings, as well as collaboratively with your colleagues, assisting with a wide range of tasks. Your tasks will be (but not limited to):
  • Technical sketching in Adobe Illustrator
  • Assist in fittings, as well as update existing technical sketches
  • Create colour cards
  • Update and keep track of overviews and other administration around the collection
  • Be the day to day link between the design and the product/production team.
  • Assisting the full design process
Your approach is positive and open-minded. You are highly organized, have outstanding communication and collaboration skills. You are a team player at heart, and can work well under pressure and withstand periods with high pace yet keeping a stringent structure and thoroughness Your background:
  • Minimum BA in Fashion Design
  • At least one internship, preferably experience from working in an international fashion environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent skills in Illustrator
  • Good knowledge in Photoshop
