Contract Manager

Were looking for a Contract Manager who will be responsible for the contracts from the start up meeting to the expiry of guarantee.

This position will be set in Gothenburg, Sweden.

• Make sure that all contract objectives are met, contract is executed on time and within the budget
• Have functional responsibility for the Contract Group (Design, Purchasing, Production Control and Installation)
• Ensure that all Contract Group members follow the ordered concept and specification
• Monitor contract progress and budget
• Be prime point of contact with customer during the contract period
• Ensure that Validation and Contract Follow- up meetings as well as Design Reviews take place and are documented
• Regular reporting of status of contracts including financial opportunities and threats - PCS
• Report and resolve nonconformities
• Ensure that Close- Out meeting takes place to share feedback and document accordingly
• Regular updating of the contract program to ensure milestones are adhered to
• To agree as to how the commercial aspects should be handled during the contract period
• Monitor that invoices have been raised and payments received

• Bachelors or Masters Degree, Diploma or higher technical education
• Several years of experience with International project management activities
• Project management
• Gross margin securing
• Competencies within the areas of: Reporting, Contracts and Planning
• Great communication skills
• Leadership and team management
• Good English, both spoken and written
