Now, we are seeking an experienced and adaptable professional to join our team as a Digital Business Developer. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to serve as both a Scrum Master and a Business Analyst within our partner and inspection services squad. You will work closely with our Product Owner and squad members to drive innovative solutions and streamline processes. About the role As our Digital Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the squads success and driving continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership: Inspire and empower team members to reach their full potential, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of growth and innovation, facilitating retrospectives and implementing effective measures to drive improvement.
• Collaboration: Foster cross-functional collaboration within the squad and across departments, promoting knowledge sharing and synergizing.
• Business Requirement Analysis: Utilize your business analyst skills to gather and analyze requirements, translating business and customer/user needs into actionable user stories and project plans.
• Well-being and Engagement: Promote a positive team culture, supporting well-being, engagement, and professional development opportunities.
• Strong Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our companys operating model and strategic objectives, driving informed decision-making and alignment.

About the unit You will be part of the Digital Development unit in Claims, responsible for meeting our customers, partners, and employees digital expectations across all Nordic markets and customer segments. Our agile mindset and working methods ensure that we deliver value efficiently and effectively. In your daily work, you will work closely with your squad as a Scrum Master, with opportunities to share experiences and knowledge with colleagues across the Nordic region.
