WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As Technical Project Manager at Nextory you will work with developing our customer service processes with an analytical mindset and tech-savvy approach to create customer experience magic. You will be responsible for the prioritization, coordination and communication of various projects within the customer service scope. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and development of the customer service chatbot, Zendesk, the FAQ and workflow processes within customer service.

You will be a part of an amazing team consisting of expertise within e.g app and web development, product and data - always with the continuous aspiration to increase reading! The position is based in Stockholm and you report to our co-founder Ninos Malki.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • We believe you have, for the field, relevant educational background
  • We believe you have a around 1 year of experience from working with project management or similar
  • We believe that you have experience from working with tools like Jira, Slack, Zendesk and UnitQ
