Influencer and PR Manager, Sweden and Finland for The Ordinary and NIOD

Role and Responsibilities:
As the Earned/Owned Media Manager for DECIEM brands in Sweden and Finland, you will work independently from our Stockholm office. You will be an integral part of the Nordic Digital Commercial team, reporting to the Nordic Earned/Owned Senior Lead. You will collaborate with seven Nordic colleagues based in Denmark, focusing on earned/owned media for our other prestige beauty brands. More specifically, you will:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns and consumer activations.
• Optimize the brands Share of Voice via effective press and influencer programs.
• Build relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and thought leaders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content.
• Lead the activation of global campaigns and product launches.
• Use consumer insights to analyze the consumer journey and identify local opportunities.
• Manage A&P budgets and build the earned media strategy for Sweden and Finland.
• Monitor and track campaign performance, providing regular reports.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a PR/influencer agency or the fashion/beauty industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive work independently.
• A well-established network in the Swedish and Finnish influencer landscape.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
• Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and emerging trends.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

You are outgoing, creative, and ambitious, with a strong personal interest in the influencer landscape and social media. You are confident managing multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines. You enjoy to work independently, as most of your team is working from Copenhagen, but you also engage in teamwork an understand the value of collaboration.
