For more information, please visit www.telenorconnexion.com The role We are looking for a collaborative and innovative Salesforce Solution Architect to join our high performing software engineering team! The team is responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that are either part of Connexion’s product portfolio or used as internal support systems. We have been on a journey for a few years now to step up activities in software engineering, and you will play an important role in maintaining and further enhancing our solutions, technical architecture and team culture. Salesforce is one of Telenor Connexion most important systems. We have adopted account- and case management standard modules as well as sophisticated custom developed modules that all are integrated to many business processes with high degree of automation. Telenor Connexion has been praised by external auditors on the implementation and use of Salesforce. Our use of Salesforce is impressive in many ways and the integration towards our AI and ML machinery makes the solution a vessel for serving the right person, with right information, at the right time. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be technically responsible for the Salesforce solution which includes, but is not limited to, developing and maintaining user interface, data models, data ingestion and custom API-endpoints. This role reports to our Head of Software Engineering and is located in Karlskrona, Göteborg or Stockholm. Tasks and responsibilities Our Salesforce user base consists of almost everyone within Telenor Connexion, and its content also drives outcome of business logic as well as data enrichment for our real-time Big Data platform as well as internal and external reporting. The customized domains are a result of significant digital transformation of data intense product and customer configurations, which removed tons of manual workloads over the years. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will:

• Lead the Salesforce team in ensuring the platform is safe, robust, scalable and cost effectively serve current and future use cases
• Be responsible for Telenor Connexions Salesforce road map, vendor management, collaboration with sister Telenor companies
• Ensure release management processes are in place

Experience and skills
We are looking for a person with deep technical know-how of node.js, Salesforce front- and backend as well as API development. We would also like to see a person with a passion for effective business processes and take pride in delivering integrated solutions that are important to the business. To be successful we expect that you have or rapidly acquire:

• IoT-connectivity know-how
• Salesforce architecture skills
• Software engineering skills
• The ability to lead a team of other Salesforce experts in accomplishing long term sustainable platform that delivers key business value

Required skills are:

• MSc/ BSc in engineering or similar
• Industry experiences of Software Engineering (5 years) and Cloud Architecture (1 years)
• AWS Solution Architecture certificate (minimum associate level) or similar level for other relevant cloud provider (GCP or Azure)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
• Swedish work permit
