About the position

We are now continuing to scale the company, and we’re on the lookout for an Onboarding Specialist with Swedish language skills. As an Onboarding Specialist at PinMeTo you are an enabler and will play a vital role so that customers get value from our services as soon as possible after signing with us.

The job is all about to guide and help our new customers during the onboarding phase, which lays the technical foundation for the services to function at maximum capacity. You will work closely with customers to ensure they optimize utilization of products they subscribe to, are satisfied with the services they receive, and are up and running effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Start-up meeting with client to go through the setup process
• Successfully onboard new customers, help set up their account and troubleshoot issues
• Provide trainings and educations to the customers to improve their knowledge about our product
• Provide technical expertise on a high level to the customers
• Advocating for the customer by taking their feedback and sharing it with other departments, to improve processes and product offerings
• Open communication and collaboration with other departments within the company

Your profile

• Business level in Swedish and English - both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• You enjoy troubleshooting problems and overcoming technical and non-technical challenges
• You’re a good listener who’s naturally interested to dig in, ideate, and find solution
