Mission : The Team Lead-Analytics Technical Operations has the overall responsibility of leading and coordinating IT-deliveries and support to the business that are geographically spread over the world. This role will work with committed teams on an innovative and state-of-the-art technical platform, helping to accelerate business use of analytics insights and support Epiroc transformation to a data driven company.
Job Description:
We are now looking for an experienced and qualified candidate with the main mission to work as Team Lead-Analytics Technical Operations
Your main responsibilities in this role will be:

• Actively work to ensure that the governance models and handover process/artifacts are followed from development to operations within the Analytics domain
• Ensure that change requests, service requests and incidents within the Analytics domain are delivered and the teams follow the DevOps concept that enables them to develop and deliver solutions in an agile way
• Work together with the other Team Leads within the function to see to it that the SLAs and deliveries are not impacted
• Handle complex questions and incidents from design to execution and deliver in time bound manner under constraints

Educational Requirement:

• 5-8 years of experience of working within an Analytics domain with at least 3 years as a Team Lead
• Worked in global organisations with decentralised teams
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure platform, MS SQL databases and data architecture, MS Suite along with reporting tools such as Power BI
• Extensive experience in multidimensional data modelling; star schemas, snowflakes, denormalized models, handling slow-changing- dimensions/attributes.
• Experience in Service Management tools like Service Now and agile tools like DevOps and Jira is desired.
• Collaborate with other functional support teams to get production incidents resolved and proactively seek opportunities to develop preventative measures to avoid recurrence.
• Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite to be successful in the role
• A go-getter with a results driven attitude is desired, with a capacity to deliver in line with expectations and objectives as the work is conducted with full responsibility and flexibility within given time-frames
• Well structured individual that is service minded, result oriented and adaptable to change
