Responsibilities
  • Setup project organization for CREO implementation with internal teams and suppliers, propose governance structure, and select/adapt work methodology and tools to the context of the project.
  • Ensure that CATIA to CREO project delivers in accordance with the indicators defined for the chosen delivery method.
  • Actively contribute in creation or improvements in project management methods, tools and guidelines and be able to perform project reviews or audits.
  • Plan and manage activities related to Change Management, communication, organizational changes, competence and training requirements.
  • Advise and lead others by offering deep expertise in the Project Management area and collaborate across disciplines with experts in other areas.
  • Acts as a mentor and servant leader to colleagues and shares experiences. Can be recognized as a role model within the organization and has taken a clear leading position in internal development and growth of culture.
  • Collaborate with CAD Digital Product Manager and CAD team, following the strategy and priorities.
