Account Executive - AboardHR

To achieve this vision, we are seeking dynamic sales executives with HR or SaaS experience. Interested in making a mark in a new market and passionate about innovation? Wed like to hear from you. Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the target market.

• In this role, you are responsible for booking all your meetings yourself. You need to maintain a high level of activity over the phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding the customers needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.

• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.

• Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into our product development.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of sales experience in the SaaS or technology sector.
• 
  Strong communication skills and experience with giving presentations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Driven, goal-oriented, and with a positive attitude.
• Experience in HR Tech is a plus but not required.
