Account Manager - Digital Media

Were expanding our Promote team and looking for an entrepreneur, who is passionate about people and building relationships, and a digital marketing/media expert, to join our team.

Our goal is to create happy users and have the mindset of always wowing our users. Thats why were searching for an individual who has a passion for providing our customers and users with a world-class experience

In other words, you will build relationships and trust with our users, advise our users in their recruitment and marketing campaigns, create and present media plans, create ads, optimize, and follow up, among other things.

You will also have a key role in developing this business area, how to build strong relationships, our service, and offers, and making our customers digital recruitment campaigns even sharper!

Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Build trust, strong relationships, and nurture customers
  • Analyze customer needs
  • Demo and present our services to potential customers
  • Advise and give best practices for digital recruitment campaigns and media plans
  • Create and optimize campaigns
  • Monitor and utilize data analytics to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance
  • Supporting your colleagues and collaborating with teams
  • Be part of developing and improving how we create ads, relationships with customers, service, offers, and much more!
We believe that you...
  • Background in Sales or/and Customer Success
  • Have at least 1-3 years of Digital Media experience
  • Understand the importance of excellent copywriting and appealing visual elements️
  • Strong knowledge of "reach and attract"
  • Solution-oriented, have work structure, and good with time management
  • Analytical, tech-savvy, and data-driven ‍‍
  • Creative and think outside the box
  • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
  • Having good social skills and a passion for helping clients is a must
