Internal Communications Manager

Your role

We are looking for a communicator with focus on internal communication for the newly formed unit Internal Communications at Saab´s corporate communications function.

As a Communication Manager you will be part of a small, dedicated team, with a mission to support Saab´s business plan through delivering word class internal communication.

This unit has just been formed and you will be part of shaping its ways of working together with the nearest colleagues and with a broad global network of highly skilled internal communicators.

Your main duties will be to:

• continuously plan, produce, publish and analyse internal communications to support Saab´s business plan,
• act as an internal motivator and adviser within the field of communication and communicative leadership,
• produce texts, videos and photos as well as order the same from agencies

Your profile

We are looking for a team player with an operational mindset based on a profound understanding of Saab’s strategy. A person who inspires and motivates by reaching the goal, with a commercial approach and excellent communication skills. Comfortable to independently drive and lead your work as well as cooperate with others. Have a great sense of responsibility and an ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent in both Swedish and English, verbal and written.

We imagen that you have a relevant academic education, preferably within corporate communication or equivalent. You have several years of experience within the area and extensive knowledge from working with internal communication on a strategic and operational level. With that said we believe that you have good knowledge in Adobe programs and similar types of communicational systems. You have a strong ability to understand business issues and translate them into strategic communications plans.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
