Partner Engineer, Google Workspace

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 6 years of experience as a partner engineer in a cloud computing environment, or in a customer or partner-facing team such as Professional Services, Solutions Architect or Systems Engineering.
  
• 6 years of experience with enterprise productivity (e.g., workspace) solutions, including unified communications and collaboration, and Generative AI.
  
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of productivity technologies and how they can integrate with AI, audio/video systems to deliver next generation user experience.
  
• Ability to clearly articulate and present Google Workspace value to executive audiences, line of business and technology stakeholders of partners and customers organizations.
  
• Ability to build relationships with partners within a specific market.

In this role you will develop Google Workspace technology partners outcomes through education, support, guidance and partnership and enabling them to drive innovation for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze partners business and technical performance to support their growth. Help develop technology goal for their solutions.
  
• Work with partner technical teams to incorporate their existing solutions with workspace or develop proof-of-concepts industry or vertical solutions that allow partners to maximize workspace advantages.
  
• Advise on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure. Provide best practice advice to customers and partners and provide feedback from the field to Google Engineering teams.
  
• Provide design, migration and deployment expertise. Lead product and solution briefings and proof-of-concept work, alongside product management.
  
• Develop close relationships with Google’s Partner and Google Workspace Sales Managers to grow the relevance and impact of focused partners to the business.
