When joining Tietoevry Industry, Data Platforms unit as a Service Desk Specialist We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to strengthen our Data Platforms customer support team in Sweden. You focus is managing our customers mainly in Swedish market and assure good service quality and customer satisfaction. Service Desk Specialist in our team are supporting customers and their trading partners by enabling them smooth exchange of documents through our integration platforms and by solving incidents and problems according to agreed SLA commitments. Incident investigation will typically include message format checks (XML, SAP IDOC or EDIFACT) or connectivity check (for example FTP or SMTP transfer protocols). About Data Platforms Data Platforms supports its customers in business process automation by exchanging and sharing business information with their business partners. We have five service areas: Industry Messaging, Billing & Invoice, Data Services, Debt Register and Eye-Share.   • You have good general IT skills and good communication skills needed in customer interface.
  • Fluency both in Swedish and English languages, living in Sweden.
  • As a person you are open-minded, active, communicative, team player, and willing to investigate incidents.
  • You know basics of XML syntax and you have practical experience with usage of basic Unix (Linux) commands, keen on learning more.
  • You have an overview of network protocols used in message/file exchange (FTP, SMTP, AS2) needed for investigation of connectivity errors.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL processes from Service Operations process area, especially Incident Management and Service request fulfillment.
  • It is a big advantage if you have been working in support position with ITSM tool, for example with ServiceNow or Visionflow.
