The role

The Client is seeking an experienced AI Task Force Lead to spearhead the development of innovative AI solutions. The role involves strategically driving AI initiatives that generate new revenue streams or better features in our clients platform.

As the IT Project Manager and Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in building a high-performing team, shaping the AI strategy, and overseeing the development and implementation of key projects.

To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of AI strategy and have a proven track record of success in project management and business development.

Key responsibilities

• AI Strategy Development: Design and implement an AI strategy focused on innovation and efficiency.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions and draft memos to create a task force with the right expertise.
• Architecture and Tools: Explore and recommend appropriate tools and architectures for AI initiatives, including the use of various Large Language Models (LLM).
• Model Management: Fine-tune and embed AI models for specific use cases.
• Testing and Evaluation: Set up and conduct tests, collect feedback, and integrate it for continuous improvement.
• Organizational Needs: Understand and adapt AI solutions to the specific needs and timelines of the organization.
• Pilot Projects: Lead pilot projects to gather insights and prepare for budget discussions.
• Skill Development: Ensure product teams have the necessary ML competence.
• Idea Generation and Prototyping: Collaborate with existing teams to generate ideas and quickly sketch new AI solutions.
• Cross-Functional Teams: Build and lead cross-functional teams to ensure integration and training of AI solutions.
• Integration and Development: Manage backend integration and develop both web and app-based solutions.

Key experience and qualifications required

You must have all of the following experience and competencies, which must be evidenced in your CV:

• Technical Background: Experience in technical leadership and AI architecture at a strategic level.
• Experience with LLM: Previous experience in building and integrating Large Language Models.
• Project Management: Proven track record of leading projects from the idea stage to implementation.
• Creative Problem Solving: Ability to quickly bootstrap and sketch innovative AI solutions.
• Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with LLM: Documented experience in building, integrating, and optimizing LLM solutions.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to validate and optimize AI solutions for selected users.
