As a Product Manager at Akind, you are the driving force behind the conception, development, and launch of products that meet the needs of our clients and align with the companies’ strategic goals. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX and the business to ensure successful product delivery. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively lead the product development lifecycle.

• Develop and refine the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends. Identify opportunities, conduct competitive analysis and define products that drive growth and competitive advantage.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features and milestones based on priorities. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user feedback, tech feasibility, dependencies, risk and effort.
• Drive innovation and proactively identify opportunities to develop and implement new features and functionalities aligned with the evolving needs of the business.
• Work closely with engineering, UX and business to translate product requirements into actionable plans.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch and ensure that the products you deliver meet user needs and exceed expectations.
• In co-operation with UX-designer, ensure user-centric design principles to create intuitive and engaging product experiences. Gather user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to iterate and improve product features and usability over time.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and measure against business objectives. Analyze user data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Create, document, evangelize and maintain the product vision and strategy.
• Define product requirements and specifications based on business and end user needs.
• Prioritize feature backlog and product roadmap.
• Gather feedback to iterate on product improvements.
• Monitor product performance metrics and report on progress to stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
• Set up clear goals for features and, after launch, evaluate and iterate.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you are an excellent communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Other requirements for this role include:

• At least 5 years’ experience of product manager roles from more than one company, preferably in software or technology companies.
• At least 5 years’ experience working in Agile development methodologies and agile development teams (not SAFE).
• Passion for user experience and a customer-centric mindset.
• Strategic thinking and ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term vision.
• Documented experience with creating product visions and strategies.
• Bachelors degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field or equal work experience.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike.

Experience from sales processes and/or sales tool development is meriting for this role.
